I had such a blast doing a gig with Bob 2 days ago at Ye Auld Dubliner in Tustin.
It was a great honor, as I've always been a huge fan of the Cowsills. Thanks, Bob! Merry Christmas, and have a spectacular 2008! You rock!

I just have to say, I LOVE the Cowsill's music! I was a young girl when The Rain, The Park...came out, but I followed the group religiously, and had crushes on Paul and Barry! Now here it is 2007, and I am listening to all the music all over again...it all makes me feel so good! I ordered GLOBAL cd and received it yesterday and I cannot stop playing it....my son, who is 16 was listening to it as well and said...."are you sure they are older?"
I love GLOBAL...(now my favorite cd) simply put it is just great music! Thank you so much, Cowsills!!

Whenever I need a smile, I just take a little head trip back to Indian Lake and no matter what may be causing static, I must sing, hum, smile & dance, even if only in my chair! You and your TV show were with me during my high school years. And when I was a little older and grew my hair long and straight (my mom hated it), I would rock out to fantastic "Hair"! Such great memories and the Cowsills are part of them all. You helped this grandma emerge from her teenage years, sense of humor included.
God bless you all always.
Sincerely,
dusti sparks

The Cowsills are part of the wonderful music memories of my childhood. I still love to hear and sing along with the song "We Can Fly."

Thanks!

Wow!!! Here I am on a Saturday night, with nothing to do, and just on a whim I typed in "The Cowsills" and was thrilled that I found your website!!!
You've probably heard this a thousand times, but I AM your biggest fan, from day one!!!
It began with the first time I ever heard "Indian Lake", and I was hooked! My friends and I started our own little fan club, and vowed that one day we would marry a Cowsill! Didn't matter which one, and the fact that we were still in junior high, but we were in love- - - with your music and you!!! I can't actually believe that I'm writing this or if you will actually ever get to read it, but oh, well!!!
My first concert experience was going to St.John's Circus tent in Lambertville, N.J. to hear you, that was in September 1970! I still have the photos from that concert, and several of those 35 cent magazines with your pictures all over the covers!(I think you may have been sharing the cover with Davy Jones), yeah, I know, I'm REALLY dating myself now! I don't know what those magazines
would be worth now, but they are still priceless to me! I also have a scrapbook
full of pictures and articles that I carefully cut out and pasted on the pages
in hopes of someday showing them to you in person! Bizarre!
I was so saddened to hear of Barry's death, it just seemed to be such a waste of talent, and please know that my thoughts and prayers will always be with all of you.
It's funny though, everyone pretty much looks the same, at least to me, and it's amazing to see Susie all grown up when I remember her so young singing her heart out! I remember seeing you all on TV dedicating a song to your brother overseas! THAT was a real tear jerker, especially since I had lost one of my favorite cousins in Vietnam in February of 1967.
Well, I guess I have taken enough of your time and guestbook, so I'll close for now!
Maybe someday I'll get to meet you guys in person! Hey, and I'm STILL single!!!
Your biggest and probably OLDEST fan,
Sharon Perry

I just got GLOBAL in the mail today and it is GREAT!!!. I was rather taken aback when I heard Susan's voice. Beautiful! I guess I was expcting that "little girl" voice. And John's is great. I wish there was a solo of Paul's and I can always pick out Bob's. You guys always had such good harmonizing voices that blended so well I just watched the documentary the other night (I've watched it a million times) and am still amazed at such wonderful voices coming out the mouths of ones so young then. I'm glad you all are still making music together. I only wish Barry and Bill were still with us. I love you guys! Let the music low.

Great band, great harmonies. Loved the Rain, the Park, and other things when I was 4 years old. Collecting old Cowsills vinyl now, not to put away, but to be played loud!! As intended. (And Susan is still cute too!!)

Gosh, watching the video "Luncheon Cave and Some Good Years " makes me want to cry. What a sweet video, but so sad. The Cowsills are like so many of us who have had families and friends taken away by time and tragedy. Susan is so cute in the old video clips. i dont know what else to say but seeing this video was really touching.

im going to say,im not surprised! Its awesome especially the meaning to the songs, the cowsills are real. They always have had an art of sharing life on lifes terms.I think they should stay together as the main band, the oridiginal family vocals are what make them my favorite.Cowsilss effortlessly sound beautiful together as they are Family.Their harmonies together are magic, and shouldn t be tampered with and globel is the true testiment of my love for them.Johns voice and drumming bobbies voice and writing ability s susan and pauls voices...are meant to be together.Don t split up...im a want someone witha somebody...I wanna give you all the love inside ,i wanna show you what its gonna feel like so if you want it all and more ,you gotta cross that line..somegood years, love the water sound in that song..the rain the park..susans intensity your all a team intwined blood and it can t get any better your a rare breed oh and love that cony island picture! sweeties..bye always in my heart Hey when will you come to Boston again? love ya Debbi hi vicki
